I will continue to help at the shelter when I am done with this class. I do not believe it will be in photography though. I want to have a little more time to actually play with the dogs. I have also started the process of becoming a foster parent! This option will not only help the shelter but it will also help me as well! My dog gets lonely during the afternoons when I am at work and he sometimes wishes he could just be a "wild dog". By having a foster dog, I can help the shelter open space and socialize my dog with other animals. Both of my roommates are on board and they cannot wait until summer is over so we can foster a wonderful dog.

I am adopting a cat named Stella (previously known as Xena) as soon as our class ends and I have my volunteer experience to thank! I am glad to hear you are becoming a foster parent I find that a crucial necessity for the animals at the shelter- good for you! Also, your photo is GREAT, your facial expression really engages the love you have for Bobby Jenks, who also seems to love you as well.

That is so great that your roommates are willing to help you out in fostering a doggy! I know how hard it can be to be a pet momma with no help from anyone around you. From your pic it is relevant that the canines cant get enough of you and you of them! Good luck with the new parenting!
